Lander Books tracks every billable task and automatically generates invoices from completed work items. No more manual invoice creation. No more revenue leakage from unbilled work. Invoices are customised via simple Word document templates, so your firm’s branding is preserved without anyone touching code.

Configurable Workflows & Rule Engine

No rigid templates. The software moulds to your firm’s process:

  • Define stages per work-item type (e.g., GST return → Intake → Draft → Internal review → Client review → Filed)
  • Set up rules based on customer type, work item type, or customer group
  • Embed custom checklists inside each stage; associates must complete every item before the work can advance

Client Portal with Multi-Channel Uploads

Clients log into a dedicated portal to submit files and manage their accounting books. Because clients don’t always want to log in, Lander Books also accepts document uploads via WhatsApp, Telegram, and Line — eliminating the email back-and-forth that usually slows down month-end close.
